OUR STORY

Our restaurant was born from the legacy of our mother, Mama Fanti, whose real name is Fantina. She grew up in Guatemala, where food was always a way to bring people together. For over forty years she cooked there, serving homemade meals that carried the warmth of family and tradition. It was in Guatemala where she built her name and raised us with the strength and love that came from her kitchen.

To us, Mama Fanti represents more than recipes. She is family, resilience, and the comforting taste of home. Naming this restaurant after her is our way of sharing that spirit with every guest. Each dish we prepare is rooted in her legacy and brings a piece of Guatemala to the table here in New Jersey.
